The questions in the workbook are designed to help you identify your capacity this year, your longings, and what you need to make the holidays feel good to you. It's especially helpful if you're going through a life transition, grieving a loss, or feeling burned out.

FAQs

When is this retreat?

This is not a live retreat. It's a self-guided retreat that you can enjoy anytime. Once you buy it, you'll receive an email with an easy way to download the workbook. You can keep it forever and use it anytime.


I'm busy! How long will this take?

It takes about 20 minutes to do the entire workbook, but I encourage you to go at your own pace. You could do 5 minutes each morning for a week, or block off a whole hour to enjoy. I find that slowing down, getting cozy, and checking in with myself is the perfect antidote to that icky overwhelmed, rushed feeling. It's worth it!


Do I need a printer?

Nope! Printing the workbook is totally optional. If you don't have a printer, you can look at the prompts on your screen while you look at the workbook pages. Then you can write down your answers in a journal, which gives you lots more space to write.


What is intention setting?

Intention setting is a way of getting clear on something—like how you want the holidays to go this year. It's a self-reflection process to discover your truth and point yourself in a direction that's aligned with what you want. It's gentler than goal setting and more magical than making plans.

How much does this cost?

This workbook is available for free, though donations of $5 or more are greatly appreciated. Donations help fund all our free offerings, including our monthly email care packages. It costs $75/month to pay our online hosting bills. We appreciate your support!
