Welcome!

The Retreat Space helps people practice a slower, more care-filled way of living and working. Our online community celebrates unique needs, bodies, and backgrounds, encouraging people to tune in and take care of their truest selves. In the process, we uplift and support each other.

At the first of each month we send a Care Package to email subscribers. This beloved newsletter is filled with seasonal self-care goodies, personal stories, helpful links, meditations, fun surprises, and calls for social justice and collective care.

Additionally, The Retreat Space hosts a free self-care library and soulful blog. When inspiration and capacity align, we also offer live online events and on-demand courses and retreats. Our first book--a soulful guide to navigating stress--is in the works.

This is a small-but-mighty operation. We need your help to keep the party going!

The Retreat Space Monthly Supporters donate $5 or more per month to help sustain this work. Our first goal is to cover our digital hosting and operational costs, which come to $75/month.

Supporters will enjoy occasional bonus content and discounts, in addition to our gratitude.

How to sign up:

  1. Enter your monthly contribution amount in the white box with the dollar sign next to it ($5 or more).
  2. Tap Subscribe.
  3. Enter your credit card information.
  4. You'll receive a confirmation and receipt on the screen and via email, both containing a link to View Content.
  5. Tap View Content to access your bonus material.


What happens next:

  • Your credit card will be charged monthly.
  • You'll receive occasional bonus content by email!
